How long does it take to process orders?
All orders leave our NY facility within 1 to 3 business days after your order is received.
I need my candy in less than a week, can you help?
Please reach out to us directly at jl@sos-candy.com. As long as UPS, FedEX or USPS can ship in the desired time frame we will make it happen. Please note, this may incur an additional shipping fee.
Is the candy nut-free?
We do not use nuts or candy containing nuts in our boxes. However, they may be made in a facility where there are nuts, so we cannot safeguard against cross-contamination. Contact us directly at jl@sos-candy.com to discuss specific allergy concerns.
Is the candy gluten-free?
We do have specific candy that is gluten free. Please contact us directly at jl@sos-candy.com to discuss specific needs.
Can I request specific candy in my box?
If you have a favorite candy or alternatively, would not like a particular candy to be put in the box, please let us know in the special instructions section of your order or contact us at jl@sos-candy.com. We always try our very best to accommodate when possible!
Does the price include shipping?
No. We have a flat rate shipping charge of $10.95 per box shipped. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is determined based on the number of packages in your order.
Can I order more than one box and send them to different locations?
Unfortunately, at this time Shopify does not allow for multiple shipping addresses when purchasing online. You can create individual orders for various shipping addresses or contact us at jl@sos-candy.com and we can process your order manually. If you need help you can always reach out to us with any questions.
Do you offer discounts for bulk and/or corporate orders?
We love creating sweet custom and corporate treats. Please reach out to us directly at jl@sos-candy.com to discuss.
Can I receive my order on a weekend?
We ship Monday - Friday and cannot guarantee what day of the week the package will be delivered. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please contact us at jl@sos-candy.com. We will work with you to meet your deadline as long as UPS, FedEX or USPS can ship in desired time frame we will make it happen. Please note, this may incur an additional shipping fee.
How long does the candy stay fresh?
When the candy is stored in a sealed container or bag, it will remain fresh for 2 - 3 months.
What payment methods to you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Venmo. If you would like to use Venmo, please contact us directly at jl@sos-candy.com to place your order.
Can I track my shipment?
You will receive an e-mail with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
What shipping providers do you use?
We work with UPS, Fedex and USPS, depending on where the package is going. If the address is a P.O. Box, we will use USPS. We ship with UPS and Fedex to ensure receipt.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
For orders going to a P.O. Box, including school addresses, we will need to ship with USPS which takes a few more days. We are unable to ship using UPS to P.O. Boxes as they will only deliver to valid street addresses in the US and Canada.
How much will shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $10.95 per box shipped.
Do you offer FREE local delivery in Westchester?
We are ONLY able to do deliveries in the following Westchester County towns: Armonk, Bedford, Briarcliff, Chappaqua, Millwood, Mount Kisco and Pleasantville. Local deliveries are ONLY made Monday - Friday. Under special instructions, please leave directions as to where you would like your order left, should you not be home.
Do you take returns?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product we are not able to accept returns. However, if you are not happy with your order, please contact us at jl@sos-candy.com and we will do our best to work with you.
